Registration

• A. Presenter Registration - Member – $100.00
  Presenter registration ends on July 17th.
  All payments must be made by July 17th.
  Any registration not paid by July 18th will be canceled and you will need to register at the higher rate.
• B. Presenter Registration - Non Member – $150.00
  Presenter registration ends on July 17th.
  All payments must be made by July 17th.
  Any registration not paid by July 18th will be canceled, and you must register at the higher rate.
  
  Note that non-member registration includes membership through December 31, 2026, beginning after the 2025 conference.
• C. Regular Registration - Member – $225.00
  Regular registration ends on September 24.
  All payments must be made by September 24.
  Any registration not paid by September 25 will be canceled, and you must register on-site with payment.
• D. Regular Registration - Non Member – $275.00
  Regular registration ends on September 24. All payments must be made by September 24. Any registration not paid by September 25 will be canceled, and you must register on-site with payment.

• E. Regular Registration - Out of State Member – $225.00
  Regular registration ends on September 24. All payments must be made by September 24. Any registration not paid by September 25 will be canceled, and you will need to register onsite
  You must include a copy of your current active state organization membership to qualify for this rate. Registrations with no paperwork will be canceled.
• F. Special Conference - Registration
  Special Conference Registration is due by August 15. Anyone who has not registered by August 15th will not be given complimentary registration and will have to pay at the rate of the current period.
• G. Onsite Registration - Member – $275.00
  Payment must be made online. Checks will not be accepted in person. This registration does not include the option to add lunch on Friday. There are no refunds for any onsite registrations.
• H. Onsite Registration - Non Member – $325.00
  Payment must be made online. Checks will not be accepted in person. This registration does not include the option to add lunch on Friday. There are no refunds for any late/onsite registrations. Registering at his rate will also include NCSLMA membership for a year.
• I. Onsite Registration - Out of State Member – $275.00
  You must provide/bring a copy of your current active state organization membership to qualify for this rate. Payment must be made online. Checks will not be accepted in person.
