It's Official! The Call to Present is OPEN!

Audre Lorde once wrote, “The sharing of JOY, whether physical, emotional, psychic, or intellectual, forms a bridge between the sharers.” 

We want to build that bridge with you! We are eager to learn from you and see how you are Finding Joy in Every Chapter of your work. Step into the light, share your brilliance, and let’s make this conference a true celebration of shared joy. Your expertise is the spark we need to illuminate every chapter of our library journey together!

We are accepting applications for concurrent sessions (50 minutes).  Due to the historically high number of proposals and limited session spaces, please limit your proposals to three per person.  The call to present closes on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at 11:59pm. Notifications will go out to applicants at the end of April.

Note: Presenters at the 2026 conference will receive a discounted registration fee of $100 for NCSLMA members. Non-members will receive a discounted registration fee of $160, which includes membership. This discount is good for ONE presenter; co-presenters will pay full registration price. You must register by June 30^th to receive the discounted registration.
