Registration

• A. Presenter Registration - Member – $75.00
  Presenter registration ends on July15th.
  All payments must be made by July 15th.
  Any registration not paid by July 16th will be canceled and you will need to register at the higher rate.
• B. Presenter Registration - Non Member – $125.00
  Presenter registration ends on July15th.
  All payments must be made by July 15th.
  Any registration not paid by July 16th will be canceled and you will need to register at the higher rate.
  
  Note that non-member registration includes membership includes membership through December 31, 2025 beginning after the 2024 conference.
• D. Early Bird Registration - Non Member – $275.00
  Register by July 31 to get a copy of one of Darcie Little Badger's books.
  Early Bird registration ends on July 31.

• E. Early Bird Registration - Out of State member – $200.00

  Regular registration ends on September 13.
  All payments must be made by September 13.
  Any registration not paid by September 20 will be canceled and you will need to register on-site with payment.
• G. Regular Registration - Non Member – $275.00
  Regular registration ends on September 6. All payments must be made by September 6. Any registration not paid by September 13 will be canceled and you will need to register on-site with payment.

• H. Regular Registration - Out of State Member – $200.00

• I. Special Conference - Registration
  Special Conference Registration is due by August 15. Anyone who has not registered by August 15th will not be given complimentary registration and will have to pay at the rate of the current period.
• J. Onsite Registration - Member – $250.00
  Payment must be made online. Checks will not be accepted in person. This registration does not include the option to add lunch on Friday. There are no refunds for any onsite registrations.
• K. Onsite Registration - Non Member – $325.00
  Payment must be made online. Checks will not be accepted in person. This registration does not include the option to add lunch on Friday. There are no refunds for any late/onsite registrations. Registering at his rate will also include NCSLMA membership for a year.
• L. Onsite Registration - Out of State Member – $250.00
  Please e-mail kristysartain@ncslma.org if you are a member of your state's school librarian organization and she will help get you registered. Payment must be made online. Checks will not be accepted in person. This registration does not include the option to add lunch on Friday. There are no refunds for any late/onsite registrations.
