Registration

  • If you must cancel your registration within 7 days of the PD session, you will be invoiced $10 for the cost of the lunch. Thank you for your timely consideration of any possible cancellations.
  • You will enjoy this spring PD session and become a member of NCSLMA with this $40 fee. If you cancel your registration within 7 days of the PD session, you will be invoiced $10 for the cost of the lunch.

Join NCSLMA for a fun-filled, informative Spring PD session for the Coastal Region of NC.  The morning session will focus on NC's new Digital Learning Standards for Students led by our very own Lisa Newburger, Standards Coordinator.  Lisa was on the  DPI committee that developed the standards.

Hot catered lunch is included.

The afternoon session will focus on a variety of topics including updates from NCSLMA and DPI,  and information about #GoOpenNC. Enjoy breakout sessions to explore emerging technologies and design ways to integrate the new DLCs and AASL standards into your library/media instruction!


Who can come?

  • Anyone who would like to know more about the NC DLSs! Invite school and district personnel! 

Workshop cost:

  • NCSLMA members - free
  • Non-Members - $40 (which will include membership to NCSLMA) 

CEUs:

  • .6 CEUs will be given for attendance at this workshop.

Cancellation Policy:

Event registration may be cancelled up to 14 days before the event.

  • No charge for cancellations made more than 14 days preceding the event.
  • $10 for cancellations made in the 14 days preceding the workshop. 
  • $15 for no shows.
